Through production practice and exploration, the author’s team has carried out process innovation and improvement on the printed parts containing the indentation process, so that the original need The product that can be completed in two processes realizes the production process of light and dark one printing, which greatly improves the printing efficiency and product quality.

The process is roughly as follows:


1. Improve the lining process. In order to quickly and easily complete the process of printing and creasing at one time, the traditional embossing lining process must be improved, that is, the inner lining is reduced to 0.7mm, and the amount of padding within the lining layer is reduced. External work has increased accordingly. In this way, after the outer lining is increased to a thickness of 0.7mm, local increase or decrease adjustments can be made very flexibly, which facilitates the rapid realization of the process transition of light and dark one printing. Therefore, the increase or decrease adjustment of the outsourcing gasket material is to meet the requirements of the characteristics of the embossing light and dark one-time printing process, and is an important measure to improve the printing efficiency and quality.


2. Selection and correct adjustment of the inking roller. It integrates printing and creasing in one machine to complete imprinting at the same time. The main principle is to adjust the printing layout, the dark mark line layout and the lining surface to a small amount of difference, so that the printing layout can get uniform ink brushing and printing pressure, dark marks Or the dot line knife layout is lower than the printing layout and can not be stained with ink. This is the basic requirement for realizing both light and dark imprinting and ensuring the quality of printing.

To meet the above printing conditions, the accuracy of the equipment and the quality of the ink roller play a decisive role. In order to obtain a more uniform ink brushing on the printing plate surface, the dark mark plate surface will not be stained with the slightest ink; the inking roller shaft hole on the printing machine should maintain the center of the circle, so as not to make the inking roller roll unevenly and affect the uniformity of the ink. The eccentric and enlarged shaft hole caused by wear and tear should be repaired and rounded in time to eliminate the phenomenon of rubber jumping and slipping and ensure normal inking.


In addition, the colloid of the inking roller and the shaft head should also maintain a good roundness to prevent the eccentricity from affecting the normal ink reception and uniform inking. At the same time, the hardness of the inking roller colloid is required to be appropriate. If it is too hard, it is easy to cause slippage and uneven ink distribution; if it is too soft, it is easy to deform due to thermal expansion due to rotational friction, which will cause the dark mark layout to be stained with ink, which will affect product quality.
