Irregular indentation line

The creasing line is the process of using steel wire to stamp out marks on the substrate to leave grooves that are conducive to bending. The main reason for the irregular indentation line is that the indentation groove on the steel wire pad is too wide, and the position of the cardboard is not fixed when indenting; the thickness of the steel wire pad is insufficient, the groove angle is not standardized, and excess rounded corners appear.

The tightness of the row of knives and the fixed knife is not appropriate, the steel coin is too tight, and the bottom cannot achieve ideal contact with the pressure plate plane, and it is easy to twist when indenting; the steel coin is too loose and it is easy to move left and right during indentation. The elimination method is to replace the steel wire pad paper, the width of the indentation groove is appropriate; increase the thickness of the steel wire pad paper, trim the groove angle; adjust the position of the template; feel the tightness of the hand for multiple times when the knife is fixed.

We know that the appearance of a good packaging box after indentation should be six-sided, with straight and even corners, and tight seams. In the production of many large-scale packaging cartons, the roller indentation technology is more accurate and the production efficiency is relatively high, with speeds ranging from tens of meters to hundreds of meters per minute.
