Since the digital post-press equipment with hot stamping components was successfully developed in 2016, as the equipment's operating speed has increased significantly, digital post-press has entered a new stage of industrialization, and the installed capacity has increased year by year. 2019 is a year of strong sales of digital finishing equipment, and the market performance is full of confidence. At the same time, the application fields of digital post-press equipment are also expanding, gradually penetrating into the fields of packaging, commerce, labels and books, and fast printing.

Generally speaking, for digital printing, innovative applications are greater than alternative applications. The original intention of most buyers is the positioning needs of the company's development strategy. Digital post-press technology has a new and differentiated process plan that is different from traditional technology. At the same time, convenient digital non-plate proofing reduces the company's development and service costs, and shortens R&D. Cycle, thereby enhancing corporate competitiveness. The digital finishing process has the following characteristics:

First, the UV brightness level of traditional screen printing is usually 60~70GU, while the UV brightness level of the digital post-printing process can reach 99GU. The printed product looks crystal clear and has strong durability. It can achieve gradual UV and different densities in one pass. Or different texture UV effects, the details are exquisite.

The second is that the traditional hot stamping is pressed at a temperature greater than 100°C, the anodized aluminum will be oxidized to different degrees and the brightness loss, while the digital hot stamping is different. Take Gaudí’s digital hot stamping equipment for example, through the chemical reaction of the ink under a specific spectrum, it becomes "glue", and the anodized aluminum is pasted on the "glue" and then peeled off. The hot stamping temperature is about 30-40°C. 

This process can be called cold hot or warm hot stamping, hot stamping brightness is long-lasting, not easy to black and fall off. In addition, because the paper is not deformed or damaged in the whole process, unique processes such as string ironing, hot ironing, and UV hot stamping can also be realized, such as hot stamping on the surface after silver ironing, or red, gold, and blue paper rolls. Color etc. In addition, compared with traditional hot stamping, digital hot stamping has better adhesion and expressive power for hot stamping of special materials such as PET, PVC, and PU leather.
