2. Paper feeding is skewed or broken

①Cause: The suction volume of the paper separating nozzle and the paper delivery roller is insufficient, causing sheet leakage.

Elimination method: appropriately increase the air volume of the paper separating nozzle and the paper delivery roller according to the paper quality or replace the large-circle rubber nozzle with a larger air volume.

② Reason: The paper separating nozzle and the paper delivery roller nozzle are not in contact with the paper, and the suction surface of the suction nozzle is not parallel to the paper surface.

Remedy: Correctly adjust the smoothness of the paper surface and the coordination of paper separation and paper delivery nozzles.

③Cause: The suction nozzle of the elephant skin is stained with ink or is worn and leaks; the suction nozzle or air path is blocked by paper dust or grease, causing the paper to be skewed and leaked during transportation.

Elimination method: always check and keep the rubber nozzle and air path clean, and clean it at any time to ensure the air path is unblocked; if the rubber nozzle is worn and leaks, replace it in time.

④Cause: The stack of paper is not flat, which makes it difficult to suck paper and makes the paper skew after being sent out.

Remedy: The paper should be flat.

⑤Cause: Insufficient air flow at the front of the paper stack, which makes it difficult to advance the paper or cannot be fed out, causing the paper to skew.

Elimination method: appropriately increase the air volume of the presser foot nozzle and increase the front row nozzle according to the paper quality.

⑥Reason: the pressure of the pressure roller is inconsistent, the belt is not tight, and some pressure balls

Remedy: Correctly adjust its position according to the paper quality and operation positioning requirements.

3. The page numbers are not neat

① Reason: The pressure of the paper ball is inconsistent or improper.

Remedy: Adjust the pressure appropriately to make the pressure consistent.

② Reason: The punching knife is not sharp or the blade and knife ring are installed improperly.

Remedy: Replace the punch blade and adjust the distance between the blade and the knife ring according to the correct spacing.

③Cause: The length of the positioning pin on the folding knife is inappropriate.

Remedy: Adjust the positioning pin appropriately to make it the same length.

④ Reason: The folding knife and the folding roller are not parallel, and there is a sound of rubbing against the folding roller.

Remedy: Adjust the blade of the folding knife to align with the gap between the two folding rollers and ensure that it is parallel to the axis of the folding roller.

⑤Reason: Inconsistent elasticity of the transmission line, broken or broken.

Remedy: Adjust the tightness of each conveyor belt to be consistent, and replace the damaged belt.
